This week as I put in my two weeks’ notice at my second home I began to think about timing and how some decisions can’t be made until you feel the answer for yourself. I thought about the many conversations over the years about how long I would stay and how I would feel when I did decide to go and all I can say to those friends and family members is to use the old cliché….when you know, you just know. The next two weeks will be surreal and I don’t know what life will be like in the next chapter of my life but I can’t wait to find out. 

This week’s piece is sort of a tribute  to the game Journey which I am in love with. The art, the music, and the gameplay is awe inspiring. It’s the perfect thing to play when you are in your own head and starting a new journey in life. The timing couldn’t have been better. I can’t wait to play through it again.
